We trust that the content you submit doesn’t infringe or violate any copyright but if it does, we’re not responsible for any infringement or violation that incurs from your submission.

The Terms

I have submitted comments, statements, stories, photographs, video, essays, posts, reviews, audio and/or other recordings or media (the “Content”) to for inclusion on the Website. I grant a world-wide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt and publish the Content solely for the purpose of displaying, distributing, and promoting the Content. Without limiting any of those representations or warranties, has the right (though not the obligation) to, in’s sole discretion, (i) refuse or remove any content that, in’s reasonable opinion, violates any policy or is in any way harmful or objectionable, or (ii) terminate or deny access to and use of to any individual or entity for any reason, in’s sole discretion.

I represent and warrant that I have all rights necessary to grant the foregoing rights and permission and that no infringement or violation of any third party rights, including copyright, right of publicity, or right of privacy, will result from the use of the Content. I agree to defend, indemnify and hold, and any other persons affiliated therewith, harmless from and against any liabilities, losses, claims, demands, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with the use of the Content or of my name, likeness, voice, or persona, or from the breach or alleged breach of any of the foregoing representations or warranties.

I understand that I will not be entitled to any compensation for the rights and release granted herein or for any use of the Content and that shall have no obligation to make any use of the Content. I further understand and agree that will act in reliance on this agreement and that therefore it will be irrevocable.
